- Late arrivals or no-shows will be charged the full amount, and no refunds will be provided if a customer fails to join the tour.
- Passengers must arrive at the departure location at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time to ensure a timely departure.
- If you miss your scheduled departure, you won't be eligible for a later booking or refund.
- It's essential to provide a mobile telephone number that the lead passenger will have on the booking day for communication purposes.
- Children under 5 years old are not allowed on any tours.
- Children aged 5 and above must be accompanied by an adult or guardian who is at least 18 years old.
- Tours require a minimum of six passengers to operate. If the minimum isn't met, we may reschedule the tour or offer a full refund.
- The use of drones are not permitted during this activity.
- Children below 15 kg cannot be carried for safety reasons.
- Pregnant women are not permitted on board.
- The Boat departs from 09:00 AM – 05:30 PM (every 1 hour) from Dubai Marina Walk
- Wear anything comfortable and casual so that you can walk around easily and yet modest and covered as revealing clothes is not a culture of the middle east.
- Children passes are for children aged 5-12 years old or over 15 Kilograms.
- Please arrive 30 mins before your departure
- If you have any medical conditions that may be exacerbated by unpredictable boat movements, it's advisable not to participate in this activity.
