- Pets are not allowed inside the Monorail
- The Palm Monorail timings are from 9 am to 10 pm, with a time gap of 15 minutes between every departure, all 7 days
- You are advised to wear comfortable clothes and shoes
- Guests are allowed to travel in the palm monorail with children
- Children can get a ticket at the same prices
- Children 110 cm or less in height receive free entrance
- Please note that there is handicap/stroller accessibility
- Please note that parking at the Palm Gateway station is paid for. However, visitors using the monorail can enjoy free parking for 3 hours upon validating their ticket
Cancellation Policy
- Tickets bought for a particular day should be used on that same day
- Your tickets cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable
My Voucher
- Your tickets are valid for the time and date stated
- The Palm Monorail tickets will be mailed to you separately, once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt id proof
- Present your voucher at the Palm Jumeirah Monorail
