- The park operates from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Please redeem your voucher at counters 1 - 3. For verification, present a copy or photo of your passport. Malaysian travellers need to show their myKad, while non-Malaysian visitors should show their passports.
- Children under 90 cm and under 3 years old can enter for free, provided both requirements are met.
- Bungy Jump, G-Force X, and Go Kart activities will have an additional surcharge.
- The maximum capacity for one booking is 10 travellers (adults and children). Groups exceeding 10 travellers may not be admitted.
- Use your meal voucher at Sunway Lagoon's food and beverage outlets (Local Delight) located at Zulu Walk. Set meals are available for redemption between 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.
- Please pay attention to the COVID- 19 precautionary measures at Sunway Lagoon Theme Park.
- All visitors are allowed to wear a swimsuit, T-shirt, or tights.
- Scream Park has a dress code that requires footwear and clothing/T-shirts. Wet clothing is not allowed.
- Payments for purchases in the park can only be made via an e-wallet. Visitors can top up their e-wallet in the park
- Please note that the maximum number of travellers per booking is 10, and larger groups may be denied admission.
