- Pets are not allowed at Snow Abu Dhabi.
- Sundays to Thursdays the park operates from 10 am until 10 pm and on Fridays and Saturdays from 10 am until midnight.
- We recommend you dress up comfortably.
- We suggest you wear comfortable shoes.
- All Guests aged 2 and above are charged a standard price.
- Guests below 2 yrs old are not allowed inside the park.

- Guest can reschedule the ticket for any date within 6 months of time.
