Additional Information
- Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
- Ski Dubai is open from Mon to Thu: 10:00 a.m to 11:00 p.m, Fri: 10:00 a.m to 12: 00 a.m, Sat & Sun: 9:00 a.m to 12:00 a.m.
- The duration of this experience will be around 40 minutes.
- You are advised to wear comfortable and warm clothes.
Eligibility:
- Children below 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children under two years of age are not permitted inside Ski Dubai for safety reasons.
- Please note that this ticket gives access to the snow park and all the rides, but does not include skiing.
- Please make sure to arrive 40 minutes before the time you have chosen for Penguin Encounter.
- We recommend that you book your tickets a day in advance.
- A minimum of 2 people is required to book this experience.
- The encounter is exclusive to guests who have booked the timeslot.
Cancellation Policy
- Your Ski Dubai Ultimate Penguin Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once booked.
My Voucher
- Your tickets are valid for the time and date stated.
- Your Ski Dubai Ultimate Penguin Tickets will be mailed to you separately, once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt id proof.
Present your voucher at the Ski Dubai entrance.
