About Full-Day Sapanca Lake and Masukiye Tour
Walk along the breath-taking Lake Sapanca as you catch glimpses of the sun peeking through the waters, straight after being picked up from your hotel in the city center. Lake Sapanca is known for its scenic beauty and is located on a tectonic hole between Izmit Bay and the Adapazari Meadow. After saturating your soul with the scenic beauty of the lake, continue this surreal journey as you visit the picturesque village of Masukiye. We lunch under a tree canopy straight out of countryside paintings.
We then drive on to a majestic waterfall in the Masukiye and continue making the best of this unreal day. We conclude this packed day with a Hike to the Kartepe mountains or, if you prefer, take the ski lift. Discover popular spots for summer picnics and winter ski breaks around every corner as we wind up the evening.

- The duration of the tour will be around 10 hours.
- We recommend that you are dressed in weather-appropriate, comfortable and light clothing.
- We suggest you wear comfortable shoes as there will be a fair amount of walking on uneven surfaces.
- The Sapanca Lake and Masukiye Tour is free of cost for kids below the age of 3.
- Kids aged between 3 and 6 years are charged as per the child fare.
- Guests above the age of 6 are charged as per the adult fare.
- The Sapanca Lake and Masukiye tour is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.
- Please note that pick-up and drop-off are only available from the European side of Istanbul and city center hotels (Sultanahmet, Laleli, Topkapı, Aksaray, Taksim, Sirkeci, and Şişli areas).
