Additional Information
- Smoking is strictly limited to designated areas.
- Pets are not allowed within the perimeter of Qasr Al Hosn.
- Qasr Al Hosn remains open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- We recommend that you dress up in line with the local customs.
- We recommend you to wear comfortable shoes as there will be a fair amount of walking on uneven surfaces.
- Qasr Al Hosn Tour is free of cost for kids below the age of 3.
- Anyone aged above 3 years, is to pay the ticket fees as per the adult fare.
- Once inside, you will be guided by the Visitor Services Team to the orientation room to receive information and be made aware of the site’s offerings.
- In the event that the site has reached full capacity, you will be invited to wait in the House of Artisans reception space or encouraged to visit the Cultural Foundation exhibitions.
- We recommend you carry sunglasses and water bottles.

- Qasr Al Hosn tickets will be mailed to you once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt id proof.
