Located around 20 km from the centre of Da Nang, a visit to the park often tops the list of the best things to do in Da Nang. The park has a hot mineral flow from Ba Na Nui Chua, which has the highest mineral content in Vietnam.
The park is famous for a traditional Japanese bath type, known as Onsen, where you bathe in hot mineral water while enjoying eggs boiled from the mineral springs. Due to its reaction with the minerals, the eggs are said to be really nutritious, which has also contributed to some Japanese legends.
You can find a peaceful and relaxing place at the Temple of Fortune, walk across the park while being shaded by trees, enjoying the beauty of nature on yourself, with friends or family. Nui Than Tai Hot Springs Park is located about 20 kilometres from Da Nang city centre. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the park by car. You'll be doing a lot of walking around the park, so make sure your shoes are comfortable and can handle different terrains.
