About My Son Discovery Tour and Cruise Trip
You will start your tour with a conveniently arranged pickup and then, proceed to the world renowned My Son Sanctuary, which is a cluster of abandoned and partially ruined Shaiva Hindu temples in Central Vietnam. It was constructed by the kings of Champa. It is UNESCO recognised World Heritage Site, and is spread across a 2 kilometre wide valley surrounded by beautiful hills and mountains.
The architecture of the building's symbolises the Cham people's rich cultural heritage, with influences from Hinduism. You will have the chance to explore the ancient ruins and see for yourselves the might of the old civilisation.
You will have the opportunity to enjoy a traditional Cham dance show in My Son. This show aims to showcase the heritage of the region to it's visitors. The dance is performed at the entrance of the My Son Sanctuary, where visitors can watch it free of charge.
You will then have a delicious lunch of Vietnamese cuisine and then take a relaxing boat trip back to Hoi An. It is a great way to enjoy the scenery and see the city from a different perspective.
