- Pets are not allowed inside The View at The Palm.

- The duration of the tour will be around 1 hour.
- We recommend you dress up in line with the local customs.
- Infants and toddlers between the age of 0-4 are allowed free of charge.
- Children aged between 4-12 years will be charged as per the child fare.
- Guests above 12 years will be charged as per the adult fare.
- Lost, damaged, and/or stolen ticket(s) cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged.
- Responsibility for severe weather conditions affecting the visibility of the view is hereby disclaimed, refunds are not offered for extreme weather conditions once the ticket is purchased.
- Please note that Access to Level 54 is only through the stairs from Level 52.
- The ticket holder should arrive 15 minutes prior to the time shown on the ticket.
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during the visit to The View and their visit shall be at this adult’s and/or their guardian’s risk.
- No food or beverages are allowed at The View.
- Stroller is not allowed.

- Tickets once booked cannot be canceled.

- Your Lounge Access & Viewing from Level 52nd & Level 54th- Prime Hours tickets are valid for the event date and time stated.
- Your Lounge Access & Viewing from Level 52nd & Level 54th- Prime Hours tickets will be mailed to you once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt id proof.
