- Smoking is strictly prohibited on-site.
- The timings are:
- Weekdays from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Weekends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- The duration of this experience will be 1 hour (Approx.).
- We recommend you to dress up in smart casuals.
- Infants and toddlers aged between 0-3 years are allowed free entry.
- Children aged between 3-14 years will be charged as per the child fare.
- Guests aged above 14 will be charged as per the adult fare.
- Infinity des Lumieres is open 7 days a week, with sessions starting every 45 min.
- Infinity des Lumieres’ experiences are suitable for children and people of all ages.
- Adult tickets must be selected when purchasing a Children’s ticket.
- People of Determination Ticket and Companion's ticket to be booked and collected at the ticket counter only by showing the "disability card".
- The venue is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility with convenient parking in the mall and easy public transport access.

Cancellation Policy
- This product has a no-cancellation policy. Tickets once booked cannot be canceled or altered.

- Your tickets are valid for the event date & time stated.
- Your Infinity des Lumieres Tickets will be mailed to you once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is present the voucher along with a Govt id proof.
