Additional Information
- Pets are not allowed on the Heritage Camel Safari.
- Smoking is strictly restricted to designated areas.
- Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the tour.
- The Heritage Camel Safari starts between 02:30 PM and 04:30 PM (depending on the season).
- The duration of the Heritage Camel Safari will be around 7 hours.
- We recommend you dress up in line with the local customs.
- We suggest you wear comfortable shoes.
- All guests are charged a standard fare for this tour.
- Vegetarian, kids’ meals and Kosher-style meals are available upon request on booking.
- Alcohol is neither served nor permitted on tour to stay true to local traditions and showcase the authenticity, warmth, and hospitality of the region.
- This tour is not suitable for children 4 years old and below and for pregnant women.
- Pick-up of guests from personal residences in Dubai is not done unless you have booked a private car. If you are staying at a personal residence, pick-up will be done from the nearest hotel.
- Pick-up from Dubai Hotels between 2:30 pm and 4:30 pm (depending on the season). The exact time is communicated by midday of the tour.
- Return to the Hotel between 9:30 pm and 11:30 pm (depending on the season).
- The dinner includes soup, salad, appetizer, main course, and dessert.

- Your Heritage Camel Safari tickets are valid for the event date and time stated.
- Your Heritage Camel Safari tickets will be mailed to you once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt id proof.
Present your voucher at the start of the tour.
