After pick-up from your hotel, relax and prepare yourself for an exciting day as you travel to the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. View the gleaming exterior as you enter the courtyard. Greek and Macedonian white tiles cover the mosque's exterior. Enter the mosque to be awed by the largest hand-woven carpet in the world, massive crystal chandeliers, and thousands of Swarovski crystals embedded in glass panels. Next, continue to Saadiyat Island to visit the Louvre Museum. The guide will help you with your ticket and guide you inside the museum. This museum, the largest in the Gulf, showcases ancient and contemporary pieces from around the world that have cultural and sociological significance. When you are inside the museum, stroll through the promenades to see sunlight filtering through the distinctive, palm-leaf-shaped dome. Spend some time exploring the Children's Museum, various exhibitions, restaurants, cafés, and boutiques. - Pick-up from Dubai Airport is available from the Holiday Inn Airport hotel.
- Pick-up from Bab Al Shams, Al Maha Resort, and Jebel Ali is available for an additional fee.
- Women must wear long, loose clothing to ensure that their arms, legs, and head are fully covered. An abaya (long black dress) with a scarf will be loaned by the local partner.
- Men must not reveal any flesh above their knees and their shoulders must be covered. No clothes are provided for men.
- On Fridays, the mosque is open from 5 PM to 7 PM.
- It is not possible to visit the Sheikh Zayed Mosque during any Islamic festivals. Please note that restaurants will not be open during the month of Ramadan.
