- The City Sightseeing Dubai on Hop on Hop off Bus departure time is Departures: Red and Blue routes daily: From 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- The duration of the tour is 24 hours.

- Infants and toddlers between 0-5 years are allowed free of cost.
- Kids between the ages of 5-16 are charged as per the child fare.
- Guests above the age of 16 are changed as per the adult fare.
- Kindly refer to the attached updated route map with the bus stops, red route, blue route, night route, and timings. -The operating hours for the Red and Blue route City Sightseeing bus are from 10:00 to 17:00 -The night tour departs at 18:00 from The Dubai Mall, one time per day. -Night tour duration: 2 hours -Night tour bus stops: • The Dubai Mall • Mina Seyahi Dubai Marina • Atlantis The Palm • Fairmont The Palm • Souk Madinat Burj Al Arab • Mall of the Emirates
- The first departure for both Red and Blue routes departs at 10:00 from The Dubai Mall bus parking.
- Advice to customers: if you wish to complete the Night Tour on the same day, you should start from The Dubai Mall bus stop at 18:00.
- The tour begins at The Dubai Mall, but you can redeem your voucher and start the tour at any bus stop.
- The transport coach is a double-decker bus.
Cancellation Policy

- Your tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
- Your City Sightseeing: Hop On Hop Off tickets will be mailed to you separately, once you've made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt id proof.
Present your voucher at the Dubai Mall. After you redeem, you can start the tour at any bus stop.
