- This ticket is valid for one-time entry only.
- A surcharge of RM12.00 (Adult) or RM16.00 (Child) will be charged to customers who fail to present their Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad/MyKid) during redemption of Malaysian tickets category at counter Level 5.
- Children below three years old or below 90cm in height are free of charge.
- Present a valid ticket to gain admission to the attraction.
- Admission to the attraction will only be granted for the validity period stated on the ticket.
