- Children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times for safety
- Foreign nationals must provide passport and visa details upon entry.
- Keep your ticket for stopping at Chin Swee Station before continuing to SkyAvenue or Awana Station.
- The management isn't liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delays during service use.
- Oversized baggage incurs a MYR 20 surcharge; storage is available for MYR 10 at Awana SkyWay.
- One-way tickets allow boarding or alighting at any of the three stations.
- Operating hours: Chin Swee Station from 8 AM to 7 PM; Awana SkyWay from 7 AM to 11 PM.
- Face masks are mandatory on Awana SkyWay.
- If Awana Skyway is closed, services start at Gohtong Sentral, a 15-minute drive away.
- Each gondola has capacity limits: standard for 10 passengers, glass floor for 6 passengers.
- Wheelchairs or strollers must be foldable for boarding due to safety requirements.
- The Tickets are valid for 1 month from date of purchase.
