Insiders' Tips
If you plan to visit the adventure park, remember that each circuit has a different difficulty level and is colour-coded. We suggest starting with the Ranger circuit if you are new to this. But if you're looking for an exciting challenge, the Aventura circuit is the one for you. And, for families, the Explorador circuit is perfect.

- There is a height restriction for different adventure circuits
- Rangers: Difficulty 1/5, 19 challenges, height eligibility 1.15m and above.
- Explorador: Difficulty 2/5, 17 challenges, height eligibility 1.25m and above.
- Thriller: Difficulty 3/5, 15 challenges, height eligibility 1.4m and above.
- Aventura: Difficulty 4/5, 15 challenges, height eligibility 1.4m and above.
- Extreme: Difficulty 5/5, 16 challenges, height eligibility 1.6m and above.
- Age eligibility for Extreme is 16 years old and above.
- A full briefing and safety talk will be provided before the adventure begins.
- Arrive 20 minutes before the booked time for gear setup.
- Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe, flat shoe
- A parent/guardian must complete a waiver for guests under 18.
- There is an entry fee to Mushrif Park: AED3 per person or AED10 per car, charged separately by Dubai Municipality.
- Non-participants can purchase an entry fee for an extra 35 AED.
- The experience offers up to 3 hours of unlimited fun.
- Plan your visit according to Mushrif Park's opening hours: (Monday to Thursday: 12 pm - 6 pm & Friday to Sunday: 10 am - 9 pm).

Frequently Asked Questions
Who can take part in Adventure Park activities?
Adults and children enjoy the circuits at Aventura Parks. Please note that there are some height restrictions to follow:
- The Rangers circuit is perfect for anyone 1.15m or above.
- Visitors must be 1.25m to enjoy the Explorador circuit and 1.4m and above to enjoy the Aventura and Thriller circuits.
- Visitors must be at least 1.6m tall and 16 years old to participate on the Extreme circuit. Children must be 1.05m or above to participate in MiniKids independently.
How much time will I have in Adventure Park?
Timing in Adventure Park depends on the type of ticket you purchase. Adventure Park basic package allows visitors to have a harness for up to three hours, including the safety briefing.
What else can you do at Adventure Park?
You can enjoy the Nature Trail, the Bucket List activities as well as just chill at Café Chris.
What type of Facilities are provided?
Restrooms, conference rooms for meetings and events, and Café seating areas are available.
What should we wear?
You should wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty and closed-toe footwear with good grips. Long hair must be tied-back.
