- Diving is not permitted anywhere
- Jewelry, watches, cameras, and loose items are not permitted in the water
- The Atlantis Dolphin photo fun timings are 10:00 am - 6:00 pm, Saturday - Sunday
- The duration of this experience will be 75 minutes: 30-minute check-in, changing 15-minute orientation with a Marine Mammal Specialist 30 minutes in the water
- You are advised to dress in comfortable clothes and shoes
- Children of all ages are allowed to participate in this activity
- Children under the age of 12 are required to be accompanied by a paying adult above 18 years
- The maximum group size is 15 people
- You are requested to check-in 15 minutes prior to the booked tour start time
- The show is open to all ages but is limited to 10 guests per dolphin
- Social distancing measured at all areas of the Atlantis, The Palm are being observed
- Atlantis’ security and medical services team will also conduct temperature checks utilizing thermal scanners and cameras upon arrival
- Face masks are to be worn at all times out of the water

- Our tickets are refundable up to 24 hours from the booking date
- Amendments to the date are not allowed

- You may use this voucher to access the Aquaventure Waterpark on a different day within 1 month from the time it was issued
- The Atlantis Dolphin photo fun tickets will be mailed to you separately, once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt id proof
