Additional Information
Timings:
- The duration of the Adventure Pass Dubai is 7 days.
- Infants and toddlers between 0-2 years old are allowed free of charge.
- Kids between the age of 3-12 are charged as per the child fare.
- Guests above the age of 13 will be charged as per the adult fare.
- For all information on the included attractions and to make your bookings, please follow these steps:
- 1. Download the Smartvisit app
- 2. Complete registration;
- 3. Use the ticket number printer under the QR Code to add the pass to the app;
- 4. Choose the attractions you are interested in.
- Please note that some bookings cannot be canceled or amended once made so please select carefully.
- No repeat visits are allowed.
- A period of one hour must pass between redeeming benefits (Hop-On Hop-Off Bus tour excluded). Unused passes can be canceled up to 24 hours before the first scheduled visit.
- Passes with prior bookings to selected attractions might be refunded partially.
Cancellation Policy
- For a complete refund cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the tour.
- No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

- Your Adventure Pass Dubai ticket is valid for the event date and time stated.
- Your Adventure Pass Dubai ticket will be mailed to you once you’ve made a booking. All you have to do is show the voucher with a Govt id proof.
